Previous to that, he served as the Executive Business Analyst for the Pacific Division of ABS. Previous experience with ABS as a surveyor has seen him assigned to all types of projects and vessels including FPSO Conversions, New Construction of Chemical Tankers, and multipurpose vessels for the US Navy. In after construction surveys, Scott is certified in a qualified to inspect a vast array of vessel types and sizes. Most recently he has been performing surveys on Tankers, LNG Vessels, Tug boats, OSVs, and Bunkering vessels. Scott is also an experienced auditor, certified to perform ISM, ISPS, and MLC audits.
