Starting late 2010 with Lactalis my experience has extended to, leading purchasers, administration and warehouse staff across multiple site. As Purchasing Manager I supported Quality teams as an internal auditor at manufacturing plants. Provide training for role induction, business process and project management. My previous Procurement position in packaging gave me experience to manage projects across packaging optimisation & innovation, supplier transition and factory efficiencies requiring to engage with a range of stakeholder spanning from factory floor to CEO. At this moment I am excited in my current role to have the opportunity to lead recommendations on how Lactalis Australia will reach its emission redution targets through renewable onsite and offsite PPA introduction. Other sustainability activities I have led have improved our land fill diversion to recycling rate. In addition I manage categories in Energy, Temp labour, Waste & Recycling plus others. Many activities in my role result in contract recommendations to our CEO, some for multi year multi million dollar contracts.
