Scott Ward’s Expertise The Technical Support Specialist CLX role is the central point of contact for all technical aspects of Onboarding and support of USC/Legacy AcuSport Retailers who use CLX and Auto-Order functionality. For new CLX/Auto-Order retailers, this position will test and validate standard CLX / Auto-Order tools and reports. For existing CLX/Auto-Order retailers, I will proactively monitor processes to ensure the delivery of point of sale data and the receipt of orders from retailers seven days a week. Coordinating, testing, and troubleshooting with various Point-of-Sale systems. Daily work will involve onboarding, troubleshooting, and support of multiple retailers with a variety of needs to research and resolve. The Technical Support Specialist CLX will work directly with POS vendor leadership and technical support, Retailer leadership and technical support, along with internal USC/Legacy AcuSport business and technical teams. Additional responsibilities includes coordination POS development and setup, data analysis, testing internal/external processes, coordinating EDI setups/monitoring transmissions, documenting processes, and SQL(SELECT, INSERT, DELETE, UPDATE). Knowledge of C++, COBOL, Excel VBA, ERP's including but not limited to AS400, Epicor Eclipse, and Aplus. Additional software knowledge includes Sequel Viewpoint, XML, SoapUI, Manhattan Scale WMS, Salesforce, MS Office, and Workfront. XML, SoapUI, FileZilla, and Manhattan Scale used for testing software changes before promoting to Production. Proficient in MS Office products with advanced knowledge of Excel. Created an Excel order form with drop down, message box, macro's, to automatically email thru Outlook. Recently finished an EDI conversion project in recognizing issues, coordinating internal/external personnel to correct, prioritizing EDI testing and issues. EDI documents included Inbound and outbound 850, 852, 855, 856, 860, 810, and 997.
