His grit and determination paid off—before selling the company, Sean expanded Barmetrix to 8 countries, and he and his team had served nearly 10,000 bars worldwide. Now in the third chapter of his career, Sean pours his passion into education and coaching. His first program, Business of Bars, caught the attention of Diageo and rolled out in over 50 countries. Sean has worked and spoken on stage in over 30 countries. Currently, Sean is focused on coaching bar owners and senior leaders.
