From there my goal was the be the best servant leader for my asssociates and customers. From there I wanted more, I wanted to learn more and I wanted more responsibilty. I wanted to grow the business as well as my career. Four years later I was promoted to CO manager. It was then I learned how to run the total operations of a 100 million business. It was after that I took my next step and run my own store which I did in 2013. I moved from Tennessee to Pennsylvania to run my first store. I learned so much working with such a diverse group of associates and how to collect ideas from everyone to drive best-in-class results. I have used those skill sets I have learned over the past 18 years to continue to drive my store and my career forward.
