Senthil Krishnamurthy’s Expertise Being born and raised in India, the land of cultures, spices: her cuisines have inspired and fascinated the entire world. I have learnt her cuisines for granted and one of the reasons I became a chef was falling in love with those flavours. After moving to America in 2010, I noticed that there's not a lot of restaurants that served authentic Indian cuisine, even though there's no one in the world (I mean no one) appreciate other cultures and foods as Americans. So I decided to teach them, where it's a fun learning for all and also the purpose of every single ingredients used. I started Ashoka Cuisines in 2012.
