  A little bit about me: As a teenager I thought I had it figured all out; my love of sports led me to pursue a degree in Kinesiology. However, nearly two years into my college career I had to step back to help my family financially. Surprisingly, this break in my studies actually proved to be an eye-opening experience! I spent the next 3 years working 2-3 jobs at a time and found myself primarily in the restaurant industry. I developed a passion for guiding customers to the best products. I loved helping our administrative staff improve inefficient processes. And I genuinely enjoyed the opportunities I had to lead colleagues, training our front of house staff on improving customer experience. In the end, this "break" opened my eyes to an entirely unexpected range of career opportunities and steered me towards changing paths and focusing on getting my Business degree. During my recent studies, I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Dassault Systemes, one of the world’s leading customer forward and innovation driven companies, while interning at XDInnovation. Their focus on CAD technology and the possibilities it created was truly fascinating, and I enjoyed the opportunity to help other companies harness this incredible technology. I’m a high energy, self-driven person motivated by challenges, both in my personal and professional life. Whether I am trying to find ways to grow my career opportunities, learning to fly, hiking or running around with my pup, I am constantly on the move!
