I thrive when undertaking new and ambiguous assignments. I particularly enjoy investigating and understanding user interactions with products to achieve the best solution for our customers. Most recently at Amazon, I was the lead researcher on their first Middle Mile Transportation product (Amazon Relay). At Caterpillar, one project involved designing a remote control / autonomous operator station where one operator could control/monitor up to 5 large track type tractors. For both roles, I researched user needs, created an efficient hardware/software user interface, identified/solved technical hurdles, and then transferred the project to product owners while collaborating with a worldwide team.
