Experienced on establishing Self-Managed Group by the rural poor and vulnerable people for the smooth operation of micro-credit by their own saving and Bangladesh Krishi Bank (BKB) fund (UNDP & LGED). Work for village development through CBO formation and make registration from Govt. line department (Practical Action Bangladesh). Oversee the improvement scope based on the needs of the project staff and beneficiaries to build up their confidence, designed curriculum and conducted training for fisheries development components like the poverty alleviation with environmental friendly approach, open water fisheries management, Project design, Management, Supervision and monitoring, gender and development, participatory research and extension disaster management.
