Maintaining this relationship with business partners allows me to facilitate trade off decisions when needed by balancing business needs, customer experience and technical feasibility. I get excited when software solves practicial problems and delivers solutions to both the business, to work more efficiently, but also deliver a gracious customer experience in the e-commerce space -a win-win for all!
