Communicate Visually Conveying ideas and information in a form which can be read or looked upon. Achieve this using images, color, icons and white space. (white space brings elements of the content into focus, and guide the eye from one point to another,) Infographics With ever shortening attention spans, people tend to “scan” content as opposed to actually reading it. Hence Infographics are one easy way to reinforce and highlight information. Its a fun and engaging medium that can create a special connection with the audience. My favorite book on Design: Universal Principles of Design A valuable resource for anyone who designs ANYTHING... and even if you don't !! This type of diversity and balance from across human experiences is rare in a book – I found myself learning new things as well as affirming my existing knowledge from my own education and experiences.
