My days are spent exercising my mind’s enthusiasm for interpreting data and heart’s desire for creating unforgettable moments for our clients. Being born and raised in the Bahamas and later moving to Fiji has a lot to do with these perspectives. My family has either owned or operated a tourism business since 1986 which brought its own hands-on education in retail, tour guiding, and operations management of 5-210 staff businesses. There were also great opportunities to learn from local general managers, hotel department managers, business owners and tour operators about the importance of targeted efforts in each field, as well as thinking of the big picture. That is, seeing the guest experience as more than an isolated moment with one business, but the entire week they spend with our city that relies on everyone in the industry.
