  I feel very negligent about maintaining this profile information. I guess I just hadn't thought that there would be much activity, so consequently I have given it very little attention. I am the buyer of all of the non-inventory items at Labcon, and I also do the majoriety of their document control, as pertaining to ISO Quality documents, Human Resource forms, and many additional procedures. They are all available to the employees here via our Intranet site that I was involved in creating, and continue to maintain. I have worn many hats here, including working as a support person for our MIS department, providing computer orientations for new employees, and assisting with tech support for the employees as well. I was fortunate to have had a lot of prior experience providing computer training in several different venues over the years, including working for the county of Marin, and traveling all over the country providing software training to property management companies in accounting, and subsidized housing eligibility for prospective applicants. In past years I also helped HR out with many new employee orientations. With having worked at Labcon for many hears I know my way around, so to speak, so it was rather a fun way to introduce them to our company in a hands-on way. As Labcon is an ISO certified manufacturing company, I was also involved with performed internal quality system audits for various departments. Although it was interesting, it was very time consuming, so after a number of years in that capacity I retired from that responsibility to focus more of my time in purchasing and document control. Having been a full time technical writer, when employed by a software development company, quite a few years ago, I was tasked with writing many procedures that addressed the use of our company wide master software system.
