Administrative Support & Business Processing • Assist the Branch Sales Manager with completing compliance audit requests. • Process and scan applications. • Provide pending business support and follow through (gathering records, applications completion, & missing items). • Create/Export reports from various systems for management. • Process expenses and reimbursements. • Ensure office equipment is in working order. • Ensure sales supplies are stocked and current. • Coordinate off-site meetings and venues, as well as related logistics. • General office duties: ordering supplies, billing, filing, & data entry. • Provide friendly and approachable services to visitors, employees, agents and customers. • Answer phone calls and directs customers to licensed agents, as needed. • Respond to general customer questions, complaints, and service-related questions. • Distribute branch office mail and prepares outgoing mail; monitors general email box and routes accordingly. Recruiting & Agent On-boarding Calls potential candidates and sets appointments for Career Briefings. • Prepare materials for Career Briefings. • Follow-up with recruits to check on exam progress. • Assist in the agent appointment process with the territory office and home office.
