  My Work: As the Human Resources Administrator at Sentry Bank, I have been giving the opportunity to develop the position from the ground up. I oversee the HR needs of our four branch locations and over 40 employees. Creating a positive environment where employees are proud to work and want to come to work every day. This is done through proper training, communication, benefits, and opportunities. Key Accomplishments: -Started United Way Campaign -Created new HR forms and processes -Developed new hire orientation -Led a 16-week fitness challenge at Marco for over 300 employees ….more to come! My Goal: Continue to learn more about the human resources field and gain more experience in the industry.
