Even with that I was having fun and keep on thinking how does this happen, and what makes it magical like this. Then, came the internet. It was a huge step in technology. I was instantly hooked. I never knew such an innovation would be at the tip of my fingers. I used it to learn about computers, such as the hardware, software, how to repair it, troubleshooting, upgrading it and also a bit of programming. And from that day on, I said to myself I’m going to get involved with this technology until the day I die. I was in love. That’s why I have dedicated my life to learn about technology. And I believe there is no better education than experience itself. That’s the main reason I search for jobs that entice me and I know that can feed my hunger of knowledge for tech, and what better way to understand technology than to provide help and support for it? I help technical companies with aiding their users or customers the best possible way. I believe great tech should come with great support. And that’s where I come in.
