Based on X-ray images, detected and located the position of knee joints, and analyzed bone shape and density to decide sclerosis level. • Designed deep learning model for breast cancer diagnosis based on MRI and clinic data. Sampled from 3D MRI images to distract tumor image information, and combined clinic data to decide type of tumor (PR, ER, HER2), and to predict whether patient can survive. • Research for influence of imperfect annotation on recognition accuracy. Generated different imperfect annotation (bounding box, polygon, scribble, filter) to mimic human annotator. Explored relationship between labeling time and model accuracy. Provided interface for other modules to fetch such information. • Applied both hardware (RC low-pass filter) and software (multiple points average filter) filters to remove the noise interferences from signals caused by the instabilities of material itself and the small movements of human body • Integrated with a 3rd party software subsystem to collect and display data in real-time to end users
