Before founding Leadership Journey, I built a successful career in healthcare communications. My experience includes leading award-winning PR Agency teams and serving as Director of Corporate Communications at Alkermes, a global biopharmaceutical company. My responsibilities in these roles – preparing executives for high-stakes engagements, creative problem-solving, consensus building to advance organizational goals, developing talent, and inspiring teams to deliver impactful results – create natural opportunities to connect authentically with clients and, ultimately, guide them to crush professional and organizational goals. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, ages 12 and 15. A believer in self-care, I make time for activities that “fill my cup,” including challenging workouts, enjoying nature (when it’s 60 degrees or warmer), binging on the latest drama series and catching up with friends and family.
