In my role as Programme Officer for Capacity Building in LAWC, I supported the capacity building of federation-level trade unions through partnerships with Worker Resource Center (WRC) and Bangladesh Institute of Labour Studies (BILS). My efforts focused on enhancing skills in industrial relations, trade union management, basic IT, leadership, and gender mainstreaming. As Training and Gender Officer for Better Work Bangladesh, I collaborated with brands and factories to advance gender mainstreaming and address gender-based violence (GBV).
