From my humble beginnings as a Junior Engineer in the WRA team of a wind turbine OEM, I now lead the WRA department for an industry-leading IPP. Currently, working as an Assistant General Manager in the projects division of Vibrant Energy and playing a pivotal role by spearheading the WRA department here. I provide crucial wind-related technical support to various departments like Design Engineering, SCM, Land, Construction, Project Finance, O&M, etc., and facilitate smooth collaboration with consultants, lenders, and external stakeholders. Throughout my professional journey, I got an opportunity to collaborate and contribute to projects across 5 continents and more than 30 countries. I have successfully undertaken various activities across these projects which include bankable WRA assessments for more than 10GW capacity, Technical Due Diligence for lenders and various stakeholders for more than a GW capacity, and performance monitoring of operational wind farm portfolios of more than 2GW. Also, got an opportunity to travel extensively to various countries, team up on projects, and gain insights into diverse cultures across 3 continents. My global exposure has not only enriched my professional expertise but also allowed me to immerse myself in diverse cultures and challenges across the world. I am a strong believer in collective growth, and I was fortunate enough to guide, train, and mentor many teams of various sizes on professional and personal levels throughout my career. This approach helped me and my team members to connect closely and nurtured a culture where personal and professional development go hand in hand, resulting in proficient and resourceful teams.
