My recent achievement is that in the 5 years of being a Project Manager at the Department of Correctional Services, none of my projects had Loss Time Injury due to a site incident. Safety and no harm to all was a priority to me and I instilled this on contractors and all project stakeholders. My duties include; • Management and coordination of building projects and government clients • Stakeholder management • Engineering management • Financial management • Communications management • Deliverables management • Project Planning & scheduling My greatest strength is that I have good communication skills, time management and team management skills and that IQ to deal with all people of all levels, hence this does work in my advantage in projects to be able to push the project team to complete the project on time and within specifications but still instilling teamwork. I strive for excellence in all that I do. Added to this I am a strong believer in new technologies and creative environment hence I am a BIM manager completed AUTOCAD professional training which include REVIT MEP, AutoCAD, 3D Drawing and Navisworks.
