Functional Design Phase: - Define Functional specification of the project. c. Technical Design Phase: - Control of technical information. - Interface with design Engineer on Technical Design. - Review of Detail technical Design. - Verify final technical design packages for submission by contract manager. - Controlling and verifying the implementation of client’s comments on technical design. d. Assembly / Construction Phase: - Meeting with assembly sub-contractor, providing construction drawings. - Monitoring assembly progress of the system by sub-contractor. - Controlling and verifying the execution of assembly punch lists items. - Authorizing the transfer from assembly to test process. - Managing project material before/during /after assembly. e.Testing Phase: - Define test requirement. - Supervise the testing (Internal Test / FAT) of the system if applicable. - Verifying and accepting the internal test result / report / punch list. f.
