Sirkku Oikarinen’s Expertise Right now I am working as both Project and Delivery Manager in a large complex platform migration project when migrating systems from legacy platform to a new platform. I am also involved in another migration project as Delivery Manager. This project driven by our TV & Entertainment Depratment, we will move from old legacy hardware and technology to modern hardware and to our target TV and broadband infrastructure. Both projects are part of Tele2 Strategy and future - so this will be a very exiting, educative and interesting journey, combined with great collaboration and team efforts with all involved! ------------------------------------------ Specialties: The past 10 years, I have great experience from several migrations projects as Test Manager, Delivery Manager and since few months ago as Project Manager. I have been involved in a various types of telecom projects such as mobile, fixed and internet services. I have had great honor to work with our different 4G launches for mobile broadband, corpoarate and voice products. I have also competence from; VOIP, numberportability, WLR, ADSL, and various web application projects in past Tele2 countries. As a person I am curious to new technologies and love to take on new challenges outside my own competence and comfort area. This is how I learn and get experience from various fields. I am a team player, action orientated, and as a test manager and coordinator I am also keen to success in my projects by keeping my teams and cooperators working with a positive spirit even if we experience some "rainy days". People say that I am not afraid to take on new challanges, easy learner, thinks in different dimensions, adapts easily to high level and detailed dimensions depending on the situation. On my spare time I like to do various in and outdoor sports, reading health related books and info, cooking and travelling. I was nominated on Tele2 Awards 2013 in the category "Action" and won this price. I have ISTQB foundation certification, as well as REQB foundation certification. ISTQB Advanced Test Manger. PTM (PraktiskTest Metodik) course. Project Management course. Change Managment course.
