I found all of these assignments to be very intriguing, interesting and rewarding which is great because I love a challenge. In 20 years, lots of things change such as the workforce and technology, the workforce is the most generational diverse workforce ever and advancements in technology change within a blink of an eye, which is why it is important to pay attention to market trends, consumer tastes, and new management strategies. But even with all of that change, you can never go wrong by focusing on the employees, customers, and the value add of selling complete solutions, products, software, implementations and lifecyle services.
