I have focused on residential real estate sales including but not limited to listing, selling and marketing properties, contract for sale and purchase review with clients, explaining rights, time limits, protections, process and contingencies. I have also sold and listed numerous properties that fall under commercial, land and farm and rental or investment categories. I have been a true leader in the area averaging closing a transaction every 6 days and nearly 51 million in agent productivity. Briggs Paint and Decor June 1998 - March 2003 During my time at Briggs Paint I was responsible for general store procedures ranging from sales, service, inventory control, ordering and pricing of product. I would go on regular sales calls and sold to entities such as AEDC Air Force Base, School Systems, Local Government, and large industrial corporations as well as local contractors and builders. UPS June 1998- Septr 2004 While working UPS my duties included sorting packages by zip code at a fast pace, loading and unloading trailers and package cars. I worked 2 jobs at the same time from 1998 until 2004 when real estate advanced to the point where I could not do it anymore. I would go in at 3am and work until 9am and then proceed to the real estate office until demand ceased. EDUCATION Tennessee Real Estate Education Systems March 2003-Present During my time as a realtor I have taken over 320 hours of continuing education in subjects ranging from Advanced Contract Writing, Commercial Real Estate, Mold, Property Management, Buyer Representation, Ethics in Business, Fair Housing, Risk Management, Professional Standards, Tax Strategy, Broker and Office Management and More. As a realtor I felt obligated to keep up up with the latest education available to better serve my clients.
