  I've been in the Insurance Industry for approximately 33 years. I began my career with Crawford & Company as a multiple Line Adjuster. Shortly thereafter, moved to Fergus Falls, MN and became Adjuster In Charge of that office. After a short stint in Fergus Falls, MN, I continued on With Crawford & Company and moved to Sioux City, IA where I was promoted to Adjuster in Charge II. This position allowed me to oversee several other employees. In 1998, I accepted a postion with Farm Bureau Financial Services as an Auto Appraiser III. Approximately seven years later, I transferred back to Moorhead, MN and became a Senior Field Claims Representative in a one person office. In 2013, I accepted a position as a Senior Field Claims Representative and am now a Sr. Field Claims Representative (multi-line adjuster)for Acuity Insurance. I cover much of the State of ND and portions of Western MN. I am thrilled to be with Acuity Insurance who has proven year in and year out to be one of the top run companies in the US. Specialties: Working knowledge of Insurance Contracts. I have completed AIC, AINS and AEI designations. Familiar with Mitchell and Pathways and CCC One and Audatex Auto Estimating systems.
