In 1998, Steven left Davies to join The Kroll-O'Gara Company in New York. As Executive Vice President, he was responsible for strategic planning and corporate development. When he left Kroll in 2001, Steven undertook the restructuring and auction of Security Technologies Group, a national security integration company. After closing that sale, he undertook the restructuring of a private holding company in Toronto. At Blair Franklin, Steven undertook a number of restructuring assignments for the firm’s clients. Since withdrawing from the Blair Franklin partnership, he has advised numerous clients, across Canada and internationally, on operational, governance and financial challenges.
