Having spent my career with CVI, EDS and becoming HP in 2008 through an acquisition, I have been performing in many roles in local as well as EMEA settings. Also it has given me comfort to work in multi-cultural networks, where a lot of work needs to be handled by email, phone and other communication tools. My main drivers are working with people, understanding business processes and how the interaction of people and IT contribute to these business processes. I am not just a technical person and do not have the ambition to become only that. I tend to act as a generalist and when necessary deep diving into the matter at hand. My pragmatic attitude has clearly influenced me in tackling complex issues, by breaking them down into smaller, manageable pieces of work and then working back to the whole picture again.
