Youth Support Worker for Multi-Cultural Communities Council of the Illawarra- Links to Learning program, working with young multi-cultural youth from years 9 within the local Illawarra district, to enhance confidence and life skills within those young people, encouraging self esteem to access available resources that may not be available within their natural reach. Experienced Youth Support Worker with a demonstrated history of working in the Wollongong community helping disadvantaged children within both the education system and out of home care settings. Local PCYC Wollongong/Lake Illawarra Youth activities officer. Suicide Prevention training through multiple organisations including Headspace, Black Dog and NSW Health. Previously apart of Wesley Mission Vocational training Coordinator Wollongong institute, former Wesley Mission Lifeforce Community Development Coordinator in suicide prevention(NSW, VIC & TAS) Past owner and director of Miranda, Sydney hair salon, Madame De Lush. 2years, accompanied by 15 years of hairdressing within the Sydney & Illawarra regions.
