Through authenticity, education and passion for hospice, I was able to grow referrals in my top 10 accounts from 200% to 500% on a monthly basis. What drives me? I have lost both of my parents. My father passed away from congestive heart failure in 2011 while my mother suffered from late stage Alzheimer's disease and died in 2014. From 2012 until 2013, I was primary caregiver for my mom living with her in her home. My family struggled with the same issues that many families face today. I am passionate about helping other families in similar situations. I strive to be the resource for others that I needed during that difficult time. This experience drives me to be exceptional for both the families as well as to bring the necessary resources and services to as many as possible allowing me to grow my business. My successful sales background, my strong work ethic, and my passion for senior and end of life care will allow me to grow, learn and succeed along my new career path.
