The approach was twofold: primary market research and medical communications. Our med comm team developed into one of the most highly respected groups in the industry receiving numerous accolades for their work in logistical support and content development of medical meetings. Market research grew rapidly as well helping to launch numerous products, track products and markets, and help our clients turn data into actionable insights. Presently, our clients range from large pharmaceuticals to small companies looking for their next round of financing. In 2017 a number of friends left traditional jobs in finance to work for companies focused on cannabis. Surprising at first, I soon discovered more about the plant, the legislative movements for legalization, interest from various financing sources, and (most importantly) the potential health benefits of medical marijuana. I became more educated on the endocannabinoid system, the biological mechanism of action that allows medicine from a single plant to impact a wide of ailments including anxiety, insomnia, pain, epilepsy and cancer. In 2019 I helped launch Csequence with a focus on the medical application of cannabis from OTC/nutraceuticals to FDA approved products. Our aim is to help our clients position, launch, track and grow their business through the use of data. We also serve as an agent for scientifically based education. In July 2020, we launched our expert panel series on the use of cannabis in medicine. Our panel was focused on cancer and contained some of the leading physicians and academics in this space.
