Having started his career in broadcasting in 1989 and moved on to become broadcast management trainer with extensive hands-on experience of technology-mediated quality transformation in Radio Stations, Suresh brings in lateral thinking solutions for the media sector as a whole. Presently Senior Faculty in MCRC Jamia Millia Islamia, a central university, since July, 2004, he served All India Radio as Programme Executive and contributed 15 years Excellent Service with many commendations from DDG, AIR at various Radio stations. A writer, columnist, trainer and Radio manager, he is active in conducting workshops on microphone delivery, broadcast leadership and governance. As an instructional designer his work is about students' learning needs, research based media strategies and the role of Technology in media teaching –learning process. Also author of Mass Communication books and contributed several articles in national journals and chapters in edited books.
