At the same time I experiment with different evaluation techniques seeking again the ones which will allow individuals to emerge and me not to be imprisoned by my pre-judice. My hope is to encourage organizations to learn how to learn and to permit the people who live within them to contribute imaginatively and to promote far-reaching projects. I have become aware of the enormous potential of individuals and of groups and become a part of the global U community of change-makers which starts with change within oneself and then moves to different scales of change. If only this coronavirus can help us to see that we are all in the same boat and how we must take care of nature in order to take care of ourselves (all of us) and of her. Can we bring grand-parents and grand-children together in a surge to care for everyone? We are deep, We can also be strong and imagine alternative ways of being which resonate within our communities and enable them to vibrate as they truly wish to. We need a health system that encourages people's wellbeing and the realization of their potential, a judicial system that promotes social and human justice, and an education system which brings out a flowering of possibility and the various levels of government that understand they exist for the above reasons.
