Fast forward to 3 years, I got an opportunity to work as a developer on the Credit Card Issuing platform; the very product which I had left back to complete my studies. After trying my hand on the Issuing platform for 4 years, I switched my profile to work as a Business Analyst on the Merchant Acquiring platform; the other side of the Payment Industry. Over the past 5 years I have gained experience in working on various phases of merchant acquiring life cycle. With my current role as a Digital Boarding SME, I am responsible for setting up the Digital Boarding platform for new acquiring banks and also support new features for existing portfolio. What I thoroughly enjoy about my current role is that it gives me the freedom to be the bridge between the Business and the engineering team. To sum up, I am a fintech professional with 12+ years of experience with strong knowledge of SDLC and product development life cycle across business verticals. Experience in working with cross-cultural teams and clientele. Excellent communication and problem solving abilities along with proven track record delivering successful results on complex projects.
