Work has continued with the implementation of Gas Servicing in March 2019, and a further programme of work to extend mobile to the remaining areas of the Repairs Service, Housing and Estate Services. Upgrading JM Work Hub as well as reviewing and improving integration with Capita’s Open Housing system also took place in 2021.
