Closely monitor sales trends, track inventory turnover, and manage replenishment orders. Finalizing the pricing strategy after scrutinizing the target market, market trends, competitor positions & economic factors. Planning and execution of promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to boost sales and attract customers. Collaborating with marketing team with effective leadership to finalize the promotions & campaigns. Creating appealing product displays in stores as well as on online Apps. that highlights the features and benef its of products which significantly impact sales. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and potential threats within the product category. Analysing sales data and performance metrics for category to Identify top performers & low performers. And also finalizing the exit strategy for non-performing SKUs/brands. Effective leadership with excellent motivational skills to sustain growth momentum while motivating peak individual performances.
