She helped me understand the complexities of addressing abrasion in the Canadian organisations (she was Manager of the Ombuds and Conflict Management Services at Health Canada at the time), and was instrumental in bringing me up to Ottawa to train others. This has progressed into intense interest in other Canadian government and private corporations across Canada.
