Most projects I worked with started from the concept and evolved to development, regulatory and commercialization phases. I also have an experience in managing clinical trials as a clinical trial leader and strategist for exploratory biomarkers. And at Roche it was continuation of my diagnostic carrier and new opportunity to add skills. My goals were to stay current with knowledge and trends related to personalized medicine. And now there was time to make a room for a new generation of scientists. They are brilliant, they will discover and develop new therapeutics to cure and save lives.
