As the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Administrator, responsibilities involved filing liens on leased equipment and performing UCC searches on potential customers. Specific state and county guidelines were followed in order for all UCC filings to be properly completed. Supplementary responsibilities included assisting the Operations Director with quarterly PowerPoint presentations and gathering and tracking monthly Ops Department measurements on a spreadsheet.Responsibilities include answering the main switchboard for United Leasing and other divisions of United Companies. Scheduling meeting rooms, and reserving video equipment for meetings. Helping the Director of Operations with quarterly Power Point presentations. Review insurance certificates received on leased equipment and follow up on additional information needed; scan certificates into the computer system in PDF format; fax requests to insurance companies for additional required information; and provide main back-up assistance to the Insurance Administrator. Review equipment purchase orders on terminated leases and type equipment lists with serial numbers in order to prepare equipment ready for resale. File UCC/title searches on new leases. Any other office support duties requested by the Operations Department.As the Project Coordinator I ensure the new construction electrical and HVAC projects are completed properly. Duties include pulling different types of construction permits from Metro; scheduling codes inspections; paying for said inspections with the company credit card; and maintaining a job list spreadsheet to track the status of all projects at a glance.As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, I handled several different phases of recruitment, to include defining hiring managers’ needs; posting available positions; maintaining an accurate candidate tracking system; contacting job applicants concerning their application status; and attending job fairs for local colleges. Called on local businesses to determine if they were open to hiring persons with disabilities.As Director I was in charge of the overall operations for the Evansville Bridges of Indiana location for community-based living services. In addition to supervising four Service Coordinators in the office, I also oversaw the employment of approximately fifty staff in direct care positions with the disabled population. Daily operations included interaction with our disabled clients and families; operations reports, payroll; disciplinary actions; maintained database requirements for staff's employment; and monthly trips to Terre Haute for management meetings.Responsibilities: Maintained an average caseload of seventy-five Social Security Disability claim files; Made daily written and phone requests to physicians for medical records pertaining to claimants' disabilities; Scheduled physical and mental evaluations and reviewed claimants' vocational history; Computer processing of each claim, including decision letters to claimants; Reviewed initial disability claims as well as continuing disability reexaminations; Maintained weekly production quotas.
