  I have always thought that I have good taste, and that deep down I'm a curator at heart. I used to spend countless hours waiting for the right song to come on the radio in order to add it to my mix tape. However, I'm not so great at doing the same for myself, so here are 5 quick things about me and my work as a recruiter: 1. I am a full cycle recruiter. If you need someone to come in and run the process from start to finish, while providing an amazing candidate experience, I'm your person. 2. Most recently I was recruiting for the commercial sales org at Shopify. For most of my tenure I was the only sales recruiter. I was responsible for hiring account executives for all segments in North America. I got a front row seat at what it is like to hire at scale during a hyper growth period, and I'm good at it. 3. I am able to build trust quickly and maintain great relationships with the people I work with. 4. I worked with the hiring managers to dismantle and rebuild our short list interview in order to increase efficiency and volume hiring. 5. I'm adept at using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, and social media in order to source for candidates.
