She has developed and implemented emergency response programs, required drills for BSL-2 and BSL-3 laboratories (e.g. small and large spills, medical situation in the high containment laboratory, airflow reversals, and natural disasters), and Biosafety Officer Training (trained and mentored more than 10 Biosafety Officers), transition plans based on international and local standards and best practices in Georgia and Kazakhstan.
