I am the customer advocate for all deployed products and am responsible for issue tracking, developing performance metrics, generating status updates, and promoting general customer satisfaction. I maintain the ‘Right Now’ Technical Assistance Center (TAC) customer support console database and create web-based customer service solutions related to incident reports. I support the ReliOn Applications Engineering organization by effectively handling Tier 1 issues and by helping to develop product change notices, release notes, service guides, application guides, and other support-related documents. I work closely with the Applications Engineers to troubleshoot product issues and to formulate solutions for external customers and internal clients. I also support the ReliOn Quality Assurance organization through effective data management concerning RMAs and warranty issues.
