The past 10 years I have been a full-time Federal Technician as the Facility Designs and Projects Manager in the Oklahoma and New Jersey Army National Guard engineering offices. In this capacity I have worked with the U.S. Property Fiscal Office as a Contracting Officer Representative. I have planned, developed and executed acquisition for various facility projects including Army Aviation projects. Military construction, contracting and design are an emphasis. I have been part-time in the National Guard since 1987 in Texas, Oklahoma and New Jersey as an Engineer Officer and I was in the active Army from 1983 to 1987. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1993 and a Master’s Degree in Aviation and Space from Oklahoma State University.
