  I am at a point in my career where I can choose the direction I would like to go. How exciting is that! Throughout nearly 4 years I have become the workflow guru, where I pioneered the use of automation at TestOut. I also worked very closely with the Customer Success team including the Customer Success Managers, Implementation, and Trainers. While working with this great team, I learned not only how to work with current customers but also how to retain them. I created and actively managed 20+ active workflows. These workflows moved thousands of customers through lifecycle stages, sent account-based emails when milestones were reached, or automated responses after form submission. Other workflows automatically created tickets for the implementation team. I am a self-starter and am capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, using resources, working cross-functionally, and delivering results. Skills I have gained (just to name a few more): - Creative problem solving - Understanding of customer lifecycle - HubSpot management - Form creation - Net Promoter Score survey creation - Webinars and video recordings - Time management While communication and operations were a huge part of my past job, I have found that I want to focus my time on operations and workflows.
