Assist in Pre-Award processes and oversees the post award fiscal administration of all contracts and grants awarded to the WaterAid and its implementing Partner Organizations; donor financial reporting, and maintenance of grant related data in compliance with WA's policies and procedures.I am responsible for the day-to-day process of the grant management from the inception to the close out process of the grant making process. That means I assists the Grant Manager in planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and reporting all sub-grants and related activities which Pact carryout with Ethiopian CSOs/NGOs. I also provides capacity building and technical support to partners and Field Office staff. I am responsible to make sure that the funds made available to partner organizations under the 'YEKOKEB BIRHAN' project are utilized efficiently and effectively meeting all the required rules and regulations, both at the donor and Pact level.
