Therefore, company will around 1 MM saved from the ASSP project budget and minimum 6-7 weeks earlier delivery from the projected schedule. • Reduced Port & shipping demurrage by communicating with customs commissioner & their authorized personnel as well as CHA agents for clearing on payment of 1% duty for each machinery from customs and manage some machinery clearance with 1% duty instead of 25% with bank guaranty at Benepole Customs. • Metal Bin clearance done without paying SD of 25%, which has claimed by customs. • Reducing the import freight cost the company 0.006 MM a year by the change in incoterm. • Saved the logistics cost 7% for distribution for the year 2019 approx. 0.025 MM • Saved the customs duty for Filter cartridge - 5 Micron approx. 0.007 MM • Reduced the customs duty for Fire Fighting, Axial Fan and ETP Equipment approx. 0.060 MM • Successfully released Bank Guarantee from Benapole Customs 0.099 MM. • Savings from POV for the year on 2019 was 0.123 MM.
