Todd Allen’s Expertise Started with Maritime Tel & Tel in 1988 working in the CO, Residence and Small Business installation and repair group in the Yarmouth NS area. In 1996 I accepted a new position with TTS Meridian and relocated to the Halifax NS area. My new roll was to work with Nortel Enterprise equipment, install, maintain and repair. I worked on everything from small business Key systems to large complex PBX systems. TTS meridian was purchased by Wiltel and then changed it's name to Williams Communications. Eventually Telus bought us and my group became Telus National Systems. My roles and responsibilities grew. I was promoted to a Senior Technician and asked to provide Peer and Vendor support in the Atlantic area. Our product line grew as well. I still support the old Nortel Enterprise equipment, but added Avaya and CISCO voice and Data product lines to the mix. Currently still employed by Telus and grateful for all the opportunities and positive experiences provided by them.
