Before joining DMA, I spent several years as a personal financial consultant and charity worker with a purpose beyond profit. In addition to helping individuals and businesses, I was a Board member at Helping Children Worldwide, a nonprofit organization that founded The Child Rescue Center and Mercy Hospital in Bo, Sierra Leone. Before that, I was SVP, Marketing Analysis, CFO of the Media Division, and Advisor to the Vice-Chairman at America Online, where I built and ran AOL Marketing's campaign analysis, financial planning, and business intelligence functions. During my 7-year tenure at AOL, membership grew from 3 million to over 30 million. Board Experience: Data & Marketing Association, Marketing EDGE, Helping Children Worldwide.
