CAREER HIGHLIGHTS • Drove a >35pt. increase in product NPS scores over a 5-year period on a 2.5B/year product. • Reduced the cost of NPI training by ~3M by developing a new sustainable training method. • Slashed Time-To-Value (TTV) from 290 days to 33 days on Dell’s fastest growing product. • Led the M&A research team on the acquisition of a software development company. • Established a Dell - VMware product management interlock to drive the development of common tools, and deployment methodologies. • Built over 40 product focused professional “Skills” with their associated Learning Paths, Certifications, and required Practical Experiences. • Created and led the skills development and training of over 2,000 field resources. • Increased the global hyperconverged delivery capacity from 200 units/year to 1,000/week. • Developed a Network Validation Tool (NVT) which reduced TTV by >30%. • Instituted, evangelized, and changed EMC’s sales and delivery culture from being hardware focused, to become a software and solution-oriented organization with the development of the Advanced Software Practice including Sales Enablement and Services Enablement. • Established Dell’s cross-functional “Continuous Improvement” Community Enablement model, now a standard for all Disciplines. • Leading the global ~2,000 person Hyperconverged practice, my “Wiki” content has been consumed ~500,000 times and are utilized as training and support assets.
