My leadership approach is to act as a role model, coach, support and strive for success. There is no harm in making the work place a bit fun either. As a person I am known to be positive, social, and efficient but yet still a down to earth kind of guy. I have been called a great problem solver and if I don't have anything meaning full to say, I usually shut up. I like pressure and getting things done quickly. I’m also a quite visual guy which has been a good feature from a marketing perspective. On my spare time you can find me spending time with my family, playing with my 2 kids, working out at the gym, or playing music.
